Order Processing and Delivery
We maintain a transparent logistics schedule to ensure you receive your purchase efficiently.
- Handling Time: We require 2 business days to package and ship your order from our facility.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, the delivery will be completed within 3 business days.
- Total Timeline: The total time from order placement to arrival at your doorstep is 5 business days. Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate to prevent delays in the delivery process.
Payment Terms
Swinosfeet operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We do not require online payments or credit card information at the time of checkout. The full purchase price is collected at your doorstep upon delivery of the items.
We do not apply any hidden charges, additional taxes, or shipping costs . The price displayed at the time of your order is the final amount you will pay to the delivery agent.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our possession.
Once the item has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before confirming your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We provide a 30-day return policy, which commences from the date of delivery. This policy is strictly limited to instances where you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the footwear received is physically compromised or does not match your order, please notify us at support@swinosfeet.com.
- Pickup Process: We will arrange a courier to collect the item from your address. This service is provided at no cost to the customer.
- Inspection: Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team takes 24 business hours to inspect its condition.
- Resolution: If the inspection confirms the issue, we will arrange a replacement. If the damage is beyond repair or the specific model or the size is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind or personal preference shifts. We ask that you remain certain of your purchase before finalizing the order.
Refund Procedure
Since we operate via Cash on Delivery, we do not possess your banking information.
- Data Collection: Following a successful inspection and approval for a refund, we will contact you via email to request your bank details.
- Method: All refunds are processed via bank transfer .
- Processing Time: Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration depends on your specific banking provider's internal protocols.
- Restocking Fees: Swinosfeet does not charge any fees for restocking returned items.
